Below you will find the checklist and tests to prepare you for starting your live shifts @ Chophouse
There are four tests: Food, Beverage, Cuts and General Knowledge. You must take all four before going live. The pass rate is 95%.
You can take the test as many times as you would like.
The tests are designed to ensure that you have as much information and knowledge as possible for the day you go “Live” as an employee here at Flyfish Club. They are not designed to be passed on the first try so please do not be discouraged if you do not ace it first time around.
